Responsibilities:

• Manage the Recruitment Process from job description preparation, job advertisement & assessing candidates' competency against requirement from company, scheduling & coordinating interview, post-interview analysis
• Work closely with Respective Project Managers to understand and meet project team recruitment by filling up the positions within specified time-lines through the Recruitment Process and/or via special search exercise

Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource / IT / Business Administration or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of IT manpower market in the Financial Services industry is an added advantage
• A dynamic individual with a great sense of commitment; highly self-motivated; good judgment of importance, priority and emergency; possesses pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel (Domestic and International)
• Fluent in English is a must

• Participate as part of the team in application development life cycle
• The Candidate is required to develop and support in-house products.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Provide effective maintenance and support services to the clients using in-house products.
• Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the Company's business environment and possess ability to respond promptly against any critical issues relating to the Company's supported systems at all times.
• To research on new technologies to create more innovative products

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science or IT Diploma or equivalent in experience
• Fresh IT graduates are encouraged to apply
• Exposure in Banking application and e-payment system is an advantage
• Candidates will be deployed to develop and enhance ATM and Credit Card Management Solution, Cheque Truncation Solution, Trade Finance solution and Regulatory Compliances solution for Banking and Securities industry
• Experience or exposure in Java (J2SE/J2EE) and C programming is preferable
• Willing to travel oversea when required
